HIU Welcomes Chantel Gardner Back to the Business Office

The Hartford International University Business Office is pleased to welcome back Chantel Gardner as the new Controller.

Chantel served with us as our Business Office Associate from June 2018 to August 2020, during which she demonstrated exceptional capabilities.

Chantel holds an MA in Organizational Management and Leadership and a BS in Human Services from Springfield College.

She recently served as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Ducci Electrical Contractors and Director of Payroll Services at Community Health Resources.

Her extensive skills include operations, payroll administration, benefits management, bookkeeping, crisis management, and pastoral counseling.

Chantel also holds a Black Ministries Certificate from HIU and has previously served as a Certified Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor and as an ordained minister. Her knowledge brings a unique blend of skills and compassion to our community.

We look forward to the positive impact she will undoubtedly make.
