Screening of Andrew Young: The Dirty Work

Join Hartford International University for Religion and Peace for a screening of Andrew Young: The Dirty Work, a documentary exploring the life and legacy of Ambassador Andrew Young, a pivotal figure in the Civil Rights Movement and a leader in international diplomacy.

A trusted colleague of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Young took on the essential, often thankless work of building relationships, navigating difficult conversations, and negotiating for change.

Through his own reflections, the film illuminates the “dirty work” behind historic progress and the power of persistence, diplomacy, and bridge-building to change history.
