Being in graduate school can at times be stressful. It is critical to take care of yourself, ensuring that you get adequate sleep, eat properly and exercise. There are numerous internet resources available, but please see the Student Services Coordinator if you need help finding/utilizing the right tools for yourself.
Sleep & Relaxation: Make time in your life for both.
Nutrition: Make it a priority to have whole fruits and vegetables at each meal, or for snacks. It is possible to eat well on a budget, and there are endless recipe resources online, such as All Recipes, Epicurious, and Food Network, which includes helpful video tutorials and links to cooking shows. The Fine Cooking Recipe generator lets you modify a base recipe to suit your tastes and eating style.
