HIU Welcomes Two New Employees

Hartford International University is pleased to introduce two new members of the community. Lama Htoi San Lu has taken a position with HIU as a Lilly Teaching Fellow. Beverne Cordner is the new Associate Director and Writing Instructor of the Howard Thurman Center (HTC) at HIU.

HIU Well-Represented at Parliament of the World's Religions

Hartford International University had a significant presence at the 2023 Parliament of the World's Religions, a gathering of about 6,000 participants representing more than 200 spiritual traditions from around the world. The 2023 event, only the 10th since 1893, took place in Chicago, where the first parliament was held.
