Student IDs

Hartford International University photo IDs will be required in order to gain entry to our academic buildings.

Photos for the ID should be:

  • Square or able to be cropped to a square
  • Against a plain background

To request an ID, please upload your ID picture to your Populi account. After you have done so, please send an email to StudentIDs@hartfordinternational.edu. Student Services will download the picture from your Populi account to make your ID. It is required that you upload a picture to Populi.

IDs are available for pickup at the front desk in 77 Sherman during normal business hours. If you would like your ID mailed, please include a mailing address in your email.
