Platform Support Information

1. Canvas:  Issues related to Canvas should be reported to Canvas support via the help option within Canvas (directions below for chat and ticket submission) or by phone call to 1-877-249-4494.  Guidelines for support access linked below:

2. Populi:  For issues related to Populi, please reach out to the Populi support team via email at support@populi.co or by phone to 877-476-7854.  For questions related to academic records, registration services, or financial aid, please contact HIU’s Registrar: registrar@hartfordinternational.edu or 860-509-9511. For billing questions, please contact HIU’s business office: cwinter@hartfordinternational.edu or 860-509-9524.

3. Other Requests:  For other requests, technical questions, and support, from the HIU technology team, please submit a technical support request via email to help@stu.hartfordinternational.edu.  Students can expect a response from the HIU technical support team Monday through Thursday, 10am-12pm.
   • Examples of Student Support Requests are as follows:
     • Canvas/Populi Account Problems/Changes:  If you are unable to access your Canvas or Populi account and have already leveraged the direct contact information above
     • Email access problems
     • Zoom technical support
     • Network access (onsite HIU campus)
     • Misc technical items not covered above​​
