1) Please contact our Student Support IT Specialist Adrian Jackson at ajackson@hartfordinternational.edu. His hours are Mon. - Fri. 3pm - 8pm.

Canvas: You may contact Canvas support via the help option within Canvas (directions below for chat and ticket submission) or by phone call to 1-877-249-4494. Populi: You may reach out to the Populi support team via email at support@populi.co or by phone to 877-476-7854.
For questions related to academic records or registration services in Populi, please contact HIU’s Registrar: registrar@hartfordinternational.edu or 860-509-9511. For billing questions, please contact HIU’s business office: businessoffice@hartfordinternational.edu or 860-509-9523
Other Requests: For other requests, technical questions, and support, from the HIU technology team, please submit a technical support request via email to help@stu.hartfordinternational.edu.

Novus On-Site Schedule: Monday and Wednesday from 8:30am to 5pm
Students may email help@stu.hartfordinternational.edu for Technical support, however that service board is only monitored during onsite time and at other random times throughout M-F.
Please Note: HIU Technical support is unable to assist with student hardware repairs.
