Diploma Reprint Request

Due to the recent name change of the school from Hartford Seminary to Hartford International University, the school is offering alumni the opportunity to request a new copy of their diploma with the school's new name!

To request a new copy of your diploma/certificate please complete the form below. Reprints will be provided free of charge until May 2023. After that time, the normal fee of $25 will be charged for each diploma requested.
