Christmas Gift-Giving Ministry Gets a Boost from Volunteers

The annual "Where Love Is" Christmas gift-giving ministry for children in need is back in full swing at Hartford International University. A dozen or so volunteers spent the evening stuffing gift bags and organizing toys for the hundreds of children who will receive them over the next few weeks.
